Sara’s hands are simply magic! She spends an equal amount of timing finding my ailments and monitoring how my body is responding while she releases tension throughout. Her work has helped me to recover faster from injuries but ultimately I feel revived after every session, it is remarkable what skill she has but also how human she is – there are not enough people like her.

Sara is the most incredibly skilled Yoga teacher. Never have a felt more rejuvenated after sessions with her. Sara reaches deeper into our souls where we need repair and helps us reconnect with our breath and physical bodies connecting the two and healing both at the same time. There is no one like her, I truly believe her knowledge of the human anatomy and neuroscience allows her to bridge the physical with the psychological for her students ultimately giving us an experience and healing that cannot be replicated.

I wished that I had you as a science teacher. I truly found your lectures interesting, engaging, and funny. I thought Sara was really easy to listen to, she was real and genuine. I really enjoyed the way she broke things down and made them easy for me to understand. Even if I didn’t feel like I fully understood she somehow knew and re–explained it later so I could absorb more.

I loved the lecture series and learning more about the central nervous system, how our brains work, and react to yoga and the practice of qigong I thought this was all done really well. The retreat was a complete escape from the city in an absolutely tranquil remote location which was the perfect setting for us to practice, learn and heal.

HER ENTHUSIASM!! It was the best! She managed to explain very complicated systems/theories etc in a way that I could understand, which is not easy. The content was very applicable and interesting. Sara’s passion for the content was evident in
her facial expressions, gestures, and tone of voice. I loved the diagrams and pictures used to explain the information.

Beautiful, engaging and passionate personality. I felt inspired to be confident in who I am and encouraged to help others see the world a new way and continue doing so myself. Sara is an incredible teacher, and she is very knowledgable. I learned a ton from this module and really appreciated Sara’s passion for the subject.
